What is a custom made invitation?

Our custom made invitations are invitations which you can change parts of depending on your taste/theme. This may be paper or ribbon colours, paper patterns, different embellishments etc. However if you like an invitation exactly as you see it on our website then this will be made with your choice of wording, guests names & addresses etc. Keep in mind that when changing parts of our invitations, there may be additional costs involved for different colours, embellishments etc.

What does the invitation cost include?

All of our invitations come completely printed & assembled. Each invitation will include your guests names as supplied to us in a MS excel spreadsheet. It will also include a matching envelope which will be printed with your guests name & address (or we may suggest printing on a label instead).

Does the invitation come with any other matching stationery?

Our invitation costs are for the invitation & envelope only however other stationery e.g Acceptance Cards, Place Cards, Menu's etc can be purchased separately & designed to match in with your invitations.

What other options can I choose for my stationery?

The possibilities are endless! You can change paper colours, textures, patterns, ribbon colours, different types of embellishments and more. Please browse through our papers & accessories pages and select from those options. If you have seen something different elsewhere however, please let us know as we can try & source this for you also.

Can you make something completely different to those invitations etc shown on your website?

Absolutely! If you have seen something somewhere else that you like & would like a quote, please e-mail us all the details including pictures etc aswell as your name, address & quantity required and we will get back to you with a quote. 

I like some of your wedding invitations designs but I would like to use this as a christening invitation. Can I do this?

Of course. When you want to use wedding invitations as christening invitations or birthday invitations as engagement invitations, all of our designs are fully customisable. We will work with you to design the ideal creation for you.

Can I get a sample of my invitation?

Yes. Samples of your invitation can be purchased at a sample rate. Just add this to your cart & enter in any special requests/alterations. 

How long before my event should I send out invitations?

This is completely up to you however typically invitation are sent around 6 - 10 weeks before your event. If you are sending invitations overseas however, you may even like to send these up to 12 weeks before your event.

How long before I require my invitations & stationery, should I order them?

We ask that you provide 3 - 6 weeks for your invitations & stationery to be complete. This will however depend on the size of your order, stock availability & your response times when we may request information from you.

What If I need my invitations urgently?

If you require an order urgently, this is possible however may attract an additional fee. You will just need to let us know exactly when you need the order and assuming we have the stock available, we can have your order made within 1 week depending on the size & complexity. If products are not in stock then it may take around 2 weeks. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and we can give you an indication of time & pricing around this. 

Can I have individual guests details written on my invitations & envelopes?

Yes. This is included in our invitation costs. There is no additional charge. 

What about place cards? When should I order these?

Place Cards can be ordered with your invitations or after you receive your acceptance cards. If you order these in advance, you can be sure that the turnaround time will be minimal (within 7 days). If you wait til you have your RSVP's to order them however & stock is unavailable then it could take around 2 weeks to complete that order. 

How will I know how many placecards to order if I order them in advance?

While it is hard to know how many guests will decline your invitation, we recommend calculating 90% of guests of those invited will accept your invitation. We understand that this can vary though so if you order too many or too little place cards, we will refund or charge accordingly where your place card numbers change. (We also recommend ordering some blank placecards as there can sometimes be unexpected RSVP's at the last minute).

Can I have invitations printed in another language?

Yes. You will simply need to send us the wording in your chosen language.

What happens once I place my order for invitations/stationery?

Once you have ordered & paid for your invitations, we will send you an e-mail requesting information such as your personal details, wording & details to be used. We will also request you complete our guest detail spreadsheet.

Once we receive your details, we will put together your proofs. This usually takes around 1 - 3 days. You will need to check the proofs thoroughly & let us know of any spelling errors or anything else that you might like changed. Once you are happy with your proofs we require your written approval & we can then commence with your order. At this stage, if you have not already done so, you will need to send us your final guest detail spreadsheet (please ensure all details/spelling are correct).

Your order will be ready within 2 - 4 weeks from your approval of proofs. We will send you an e-mail once they have been posted.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Boundless Impressions use paypal as their payment gateway. Paypal is a smarter, faster & safer way to pay. Paypal accept credit card & direct debit. For more details on paypal, please follow this link.

What if I don't have a paypal account?

Thats ok. You don't need to have a paypal account to make a payment through paypal. Simply enter your payments details when prompted. Alternatively you can make a direct deposit payment to our bank account. Please contact us for further details.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping generally costs between $3.00 for a small order and will vary greatly according to your location. Shipping costs will be shown in your cart prior to checking out.

Where do you ship to?

Shipping on this website is within Australia only. However international shipping may still be possible. Please enquire about special pricing if outside of Australia.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. If you are local, you are welcome to pick up your order by appointment only.
