Unauthorised reproduction of any content on this website OR purchasing samples with the intent to market & resell our items in any form whatsoever is an infringement of the copyright law and is forbidden. 

Returns & Exchanges

For custom made orders - 80% of payment is refundable prior to commencement of production to cover the cost of materials which may need to be ordered. No refunds will be given after production has commenced.

No refunds/exchanges will be given on DIY products unless the item is out of stock or there is an error in the product sent.

Prices

Prices shown on this website are in Australia Dollars ($AUD).

All prices are subject to change & availability.

Formats & designs may change over time. Please confirm pricing on ordering.

Special Package prices are available on request.

For Custom Made Products, in addition to the price for that patricular product, it also shows a 'From' price. The 'From' price refers to that product but in the lowest price category colours/materials.

Proofs (Custom Made  Orders)

On receipt of your order & deposit, a proof will then be sent to you within 1 – 2 weeks by e-mail or post. Ensure you check through this thoroughly as once approved, this cannot be changed. We will allow 2 corrections only during this proofing process prior to your approval.

Alterations

Alterations made after approval of proofs will be made at the clients expense. In this case, delivery of order will be held until full payment is received.

Colour/Finish

Colours may appear slightly different to that on screen. If our supplier is out of stock on any item, we will contact you to discuss other options.

Variances between Hand Made Products

As most of our custom made products are made by hand, there may be slight variations between each product. We will however endeavor to make these as close as possible to each other.

Errors (Custom Made Orders)

Items which are not printed as per approval of proofs, will be reprinted at no cost to the client. Errors which have been approved through proofing process will be reprinted at the clients expense.

Company Markings/Logo

Boundless Impressions reserves the right to mark on the back of all custom invitations with our web address & phone number however will be done in a discreet manner.

Delivery

Your order will be delivered to you by Australia Post & will require a signature on receipt. Boundless Impressions are not liable for any damages caused by third parties.

We will notify you of the postage charge when placing your order. This will generally be between $3.00 for a small order. Larger orders vary according to products & location. Shipping is within Australia only. Please enquire about special pricing if outside of Australia.

DIY Products will be shipped within 1 - 5 business days.

Deadlines

For all custom made products, it is advisable to allow 4 – 6 weeks from time of ordering to delivery date however urgent orders may be accomodated depending on order & scheduling. We will advise if further charges are applicable to cover very urgent orders.

Products Out of Stock

From time to time, we run out of stock & on reordering from our suppliers, they may also be out of stock or a product has been discontinued. Should this be the case, we will advise you & offer a full refund within 24 hours.

Privacy

Your personal details & guest information will not under any circumstance be distributed to any third party as is considered Private & Confidential.
