Returns

We do not accept returns on Custom Made Products except in the case of an error of which we will work with you to resolve as quickly as possible.

All other returns must be claimed within 14 days. The customer is responsible for the postage to return the item and once received in the same condition, we will process a Refund less the Shipping charge.
